Hall
Whether it’s a birthday party, meeting or a concert, our spaces for hire can accommodate 1–100 people.
With a modular design in mind, the hall was built with a dividing wall that easily enables hirers to create the perfect space for their event. The hall is a well-known and loved venue in the area, and is regularly used for children’s birthday parties, baby showers, family gatherings, workshops and training, community meetings, exercise classes, art demonstrations and music concerts, to name a few.
Size: 133 sq metres
No of People: 100 people, cocktail style or standing; 80 people, theatre-style seating; 60 people, table seating

Hire Available:
Looking for a space to use on a regular basis? The hall is available for weekly, fortnightly, or monthly hire, and is popular with hobby groups, fitness classes, and performers.
Casual Hire is also very popular for one-off events including kids’ parties, baby showers, family and other gatherings.
Equipment Hire
DCC also has a range of equipment available to hire:

Office Space
DCC also has office space available for short-term hire. Perfect as a temporary office or as a quiet venue for a meeting, this space is also used for community services including Legal and Financial help. Ideal for someone looking for an alternative to working from home, or for someone needing a space to offer a service in the City of Canada Bay area on a regular or occasional basis.

No of People: 1-3 people

Regular Hire is available for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly use.
Casual Hire for one-off meeting, work or study space.
Bus hire
If you need to move a group of people from A to B, our minibus may be the solution.
Organisations with an ABN number can hire the minibus on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and weekends. The driver needs to be over 25 years of age and have a valid, unrestricted, Class C Driver’s Licence. In some circumstances, we can provide a driver for your outing.
Specs: Toyota Hiace 10-seater minibus, diesel engine, automatic transmission.
